Living Eggs Project
Next week is British Science Week and as part of this BeyondAutism Schools are participating in the Ready to Hatch project.
The programme, run by Living Eggs, is a two-week project of incubation and hatching of live eggs. At the end of the project the chicks are re-housed on free range farms across the country. Amongst many other things, our pupils will be learning about life-cycles, caring for live animals as well as learning new vocabulary.
Keep checking back on this page to see the progress that the chicks are making!
We are extremely grateful to the British Science Week Kick Start grant scheme for providing the funding for both Park House and Tram House School to take part in the initiative and we can’t wait to see the chicks start to hatch.
